Fitness Over 40

A back to basics full body workout with emphasis on strength, cardio and flexibility. Classes vary each week and include multi-station circuit training, upper and lower body focused strength training using weights or cardio focused sessions and total body sessions.

Each class always has a comprehensive warm up and cool down/stretch component. Easy to follow moves with options to suit all fitness levels from beginners to advanced. Lots of variety, safe, fun and effective.

Suitable for all fitness levels whether you’re over 40, over 50 or over 60.
