Covid check-in no longer required. Face masks are not required.
No max capacity limit in class other than the specific room size limits.
However, there are few easy things we can all do to keep us safe in class:
Whether it’s the flu, or a cold or Covid, general “keep safe from infection” procedures still apply such as no shared equipment & plenty of hand sanitiser & disinfectant wipes.
You will also need to bring your own mat & a towel, and have your own hand weights for strength training classes.
Most importantly … please do not attend if you are even slightly unwell, or a close contact of anyone with ANY transmissible infection.
