CLASS SCHEDULE 2026 :

Term 1 & Term 2 classes : Monday 2nd February to Friday 3rd July.       

No classes from Monday 6th July to Friday 17th July. 

Term 3 & Term 4 classes : Monday 20th July to Friday 18th December.

Make a change, start training & enjoy the benefits of looking good & feeling great. It’s NEVER too late !!

Remember … looking after your fitness & health is the BEST thing you can do to help keep your immune system strong.

There are also few easy things we can all do to keep us safe in class:

Whether it’s the flu, or a cold or Covid, general “keep safe from infection” procedures still apply.

You will need to bring your own mat & a towel, and have your own hand weights for strength training classes.

Most importantly … please do not attend if you are even slightly unwell, or a close contact of anyone with ANY transmissible infection.
