Rachel specialises in group training and personal training for the over 59’s market with a particular focus on functional fitness, muscle and bone strength, core strength and balance.
Highly qualified with 30+ years experience in the health & fitness industry Rachel is passionate about helping clients look good and feel great through regular exercise, good nutrition and healthy living.
Rachel is also an award winning published author in the No1 Best Selling Book “Think Big” with Sir Richard Branson. Rachel was asked to write about “How To Slow Down Ageing & Stay Healthy & Young”, and also frequently delivers presentations on this topic. As a special thank you Sir Branson allowed Rachel to have a have a limited edition series of the book with her picture on the front cover.
Rachel has also been recently awarded GOLD Accreditation status with AusActive, the governing body for the Australian Fitness Industry (July 2025).
